Concentrates
A concentrate is a form of substance which has had the majority of its base component removed. Typically, this will be the removal of water from a solution or suspension, such as the removal of water from fruit juice. Juice concentrates represent a single stated fruit.
Fruit Essences
Fruit Essence (aka Distillate Water) is the highly aromatic water recovered during the concentration process.
Fruit Syrups
Fruit concentrates that have been processed to remove fruit solids so there is little to no flavor, color or minerals. Typically used to replace HFCS for labeling purposes.
Mixed Concentrates
A blend of different fruit juices designed so no one fruit flavor is identified in the blend
Organic Clarified
Organic juice concentrates which are normally sold as pulpy, are processed to be clear with no suspended particles. Note: Mango and Pineapple are the only Org Cl Juice Concentrates offered.

Typically, this will be the removal of water from a solution or suspension, such as the removal of water from organic fruit juice. Organic juice concentrates represent a single stated organic fruit.

Stated Concentrate Blends
Juice concentrates WONFS are specially formulated blends of various juice concentrates with other natural flavors. These blends of juices, flavors, and acids are designed to match the characteristics of a stated fruit.
